I am sending you this email in reference to your employee, Smilie Ortega. He is an exceptional craftsman. Smilie was courteous, pleasant and made me feel as though my thoughts were important and that my house was at the top of the companys priority list. There was nothing too small nor question too weird. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. He was very professional and his work was impeccable. Although, I know he made repairs, I really cant even tell where the problems initially resided. He did such a wonderful job and made everything look like new. He made sure that he had me examine the repairs before he left. He asked me if I had any questions and let me know that Trinity Stairs stands behind all of their work and if there were any other problems in the future that I should not hesitate to contact him. You have no idea how much I appreciated him. I wish that other service personnel would be as accommodating as Smilie.

My husband and I have not been very pleased with some of the service representatives that we have encountered since moving to Dallas. However, Smilie has certainly shown us that there are still companies and service representatives that display excellence and have pride in their work. This was very refreshing and as a result we will certainly recommend your company to any of our friends who are in need of services that your company can perform.

If you are ever in a position where you might have any potential customers that need to speak to a satisfied customer, please do not hesitate to give them my information. I have not had the pleasure of meeting any of your other employees but if they are anything like Smilie, your business will continue to thrive!
